Reach the band, pick the creature up, slot it, then chase mutations and Beyond rolls.

How to Get Animals

Every Jump for Animals session is a collection run. The official pitch is 55 creatures across 9 rarities, from Basic to Beyond. You do not craft them and you do not hatch eggs. You jump high enough to touch a spawn, carry it home, and park it on a slot so it prints cash. This page is the pickup route, not a fake 55-name bestiary. Names in the middle of the ladder can change; the Index in your HUD is the live list.

The pickup loop

  1. Raise JumpPower by walking, jumping, and standing on treadmills.
  2. Look up. Higher platforms and floating pads hold rarer bands.
  3. Jump into the animal, then walk it back to your plot. Do not fight other players for it — servers are five people and the loop is PvE collection, not a steal battler.
  4. Place it on an empty slot. Held pets do not pay.
  5. Open the Index. If the silhouette fills in, that rarity is now known for your account.

If you fail a jump, you lose time, not the Index. JumpPower does not drop when you miss. The only real fail is dropping a high rarity because you jumped for a duplicate while your hands were full. Slot first, hunt second.

Rarity bands, not trivia names

The official ends of the ladder are Basic (the chicken on the thumbnail) and Beyond (the dragon end). Between them sit the usual simulator rungs — Common through Legendary and the two steps under Beyond. Treat each band as a height gate:

  • Low JumpPower: Basics and Commons near the grass.
  • Mid JumpPower: Uncommon, Rare, Epic on the first towers.
  • High JumpPower plus luck: Legendary toward Beyond, often helped by Lucky Blocks.

You will waste cash if you buy Premium rolls while you still cannot reach the platform those rarities live on. Lucky Blocks are a skip for the roll, not a skip for JumpPower. Pair this page with the tier list so you know which band is worth a purchase.

Mutations are a second collection

Gold (×2), Diamond (×3), Ruby (×5), and Emerald (×10) are official mutation multipliers. A Gold Common can beat a plain Rare on cash. Do not overwrite a mutated pet with a “higher rarity” that has no mutation. Full math lives on the mutation tier list.

Mutations show on the model (shine, colour, particle). If two of the same species drop, keep the mutated one on the plot and Index the other only if you still need the silhouette.

Lucky Blocks vs world spawns

World spawns are free and limited by height. Premium Lucky Blocks are the cash faucet for Legendary through Beyond. Use world spawns to fill Basic–Epic and to feed slots. Use Lucky Blocks when:

  • Your JumpPower already reaches the high band (so you could use the pet).
  • Slots that would hold a Beyond are already built.
  • You are not one upgrade away from a rebirth that would make the same cash print harder.

Friends do not steal your Index, but they do compete for world spawns. The ×2 cash bonus is still worth the extra hands. Call a target rarity in chat if you are running together.

Index completion without burnout

Fifty-five entries looks huge. It is nine buckets. Fill a bucket, rebirth, fill the next bucket faster. Offline earnings keep slotted pets working while you are away, so a long Index grind can be a few focused evenings instead of one miserable session.

If a patch adds creatures, they appear as new grey silhouettes. Do not trust out-of-date fan lists. Trust the Index, then this wiki’s updates note.

Codes, when they exist, sometimes grant extra rolls. Check the codes hub before you buy Robux luck.
